These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 368zk platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the 368zk platform. Age verification is conducted at registration and during mandatory KYC review.
Each player may hold only one registered account on 368zk. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation. Contact support if you believe a duplicate exists.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on the 368zk platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 368zk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Residency. The 368zk platform is operated and marketed primarily for players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal participation.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. 3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the 368zk platform. Opening more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. 368zk reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to withhold or forfeit any balances held across those Accounts pending investigation.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and a valid email address. 368zk reserves the right to verify registration details against official records at any time.
3.3 Account Verification. Following registration, 368zk may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or upon reaching a cumulative deposit threshold. Verification typically requires submission of a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport, together with a recent selfie photograph. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.
3.4 Right to Decline. 368zk reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for that decision.
3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 368zk support team via live chat. Before closure, you must withdraw your entire Real Funds Balance. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 368zk will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any person who obtains access to your account using your credentials will be treated as you for the purposes of all transactions conducted during that session.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 368zk immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact the support team via live chat. 368zk will investigate the report and may temporarily freeze the Account during the investigation period.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. 368zk offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for account logins. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from the account security settings panel to protect their Account against unauthorised access.
4.4 Device Security. 368zk is not liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their own device, including losses resulting from shared devices, unlocked screens, or malware installed on the Player's device.
5.1 Accepted Methods. 368zk accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional methods may be added from time to time and will be displayed in the Cashier section of your Account dashboard.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 368zk, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
5.3 Processing Time. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (virtual account) and major e-wallets are credited to your 368zk Account balance within minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases involving payment network congestion, processing may take up to one hour. If a deposit is not credited within two hours of confirmed payment, you must contact support with your payment reference number.
5.4 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 368zk Account are sourced from legitimate personal income and do not represent the proceeds of any illegal activity. 368zk may request evidence of source of funds as part of enhanced due diligence procedures.
5.5 No Third-Party Deposits. Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be returned to the source, and your Account may be restricted pending investigation.
5.6 Currency. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). 368zk does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No conversion fees are charged by 368zk on any deposit transaction.
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.2 Verification Requirement. Withdrawal requests above Rp 5.000.000 cumulative per calendar month require completed KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may still withdraw amounts below this threshold, subject to the standard processing procedures.
6.3 Processing Time. 368zk targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for KYC-verified Accounts during standard operating periods. 6.4 Withdrawal Destination. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the details held on your 368zk Account. 368zk reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source before processing a withdrawal to a different destination.
6.5 Withdrawal Fees. 368zk does not charge any fee on withdrawal transactions. Bank or e-wallet providers may charge their own receiving fees, which are the Player's responsibility.
6.6 Bonus Wagering. Real Funds and Bonus Funds are held in separate balance categories. Real Funds are withdrawable at any time (subject to KYC requirements). Bonus Funds become withdrawable only after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
6.7 Suspected Fraud. 368zk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected. 368zk will notify the Player of any delay and provide an estimated resolution timeframe where possible.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower wagering multipliers, which will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
7.3 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Live casino table games typically contribute 10%–20%. 7.5 Maximum Bet Rule. While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum stake per bet is Rp 200.000 unless the specific promotion terms state a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in bonus forfeiture.
7.6 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
7.7 No-Deposit Bonuses. Where 368zk offers a no-deposit bonus, this is strictly for new Players upon first account verification. Wagering requirements on no-deposit bonuses are set at the value stated in the specific promotion terms and typically carry a maximum withdrawal cap of Rp 500.000 unless otherwise stated.
7.8 Right to Modify or Withdraw. 368zk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already credited to Player Accounts at the time of modification.
8.1 Sportsbook Bets. Slot results are determined at the point of spin initiation; any connectivity interruption after that point does not affect the outcome.

9.1 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 368zk platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

Where Prohibited Conduct is identified, 368zk reserves the right to void all bets associated with that conduct, forfeit Bonus Funds, withhold winnings generated through prohibited means, and permanently close the Account without compensation. 368zk may also refer cases of suspected fraud or money laundering to the relevant authorities.
9.3 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a 368zk deposit without first contacting 368zk support to resolve the matter constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. 368zk reserves the right to recover chargeback amounts from any funds held in the Player's Account and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
10.1 Ownership. All content on the 368zk platform — including but not limited to the 368zk brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to 368zk and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited Licence. 368zk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any 368zk content.
10.3 Prohibited Use. You may not scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce any part of the 368zk platform without express written consent. 13.2 Force Majeure. 368zk is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions resulting from a Force Majeure event. In such circumstances, 368zk's obligations are suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.
13.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 368zk excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to reputation, arising from your use of or inability to use the 368zk platform.
13.4 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, 368zk's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.5 Third-Party Content. 15.5 Limitation Period. Any claim against 368zk arising from use of the platform must be submitted within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period are time-barred.
